What does this mean for you?
Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times may vary due to issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/ re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
We happily provide customers with Canada Wide/ Worldwide Shipping. We will select the courier that can ship your order to you the quickest!
Kindly note that Shipping Costs are calculated automatically during Checkout and depend on:
Destination Country/ Location
Size/Weight of the package being shipped
The prices for your order will be displayed during Checkout. If you cannot see your Country/Location listed, then it's likely that our shipping provider does not currently ship there. We apologize for any inconvenience this may temporarily pose in advance.
A Tracking Number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped, and this will also be found under your Order History online.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address details provided to us during your Checkout and/or failure to sign and/ or accept your package when it arrives. Should the order be returned to us, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% Restocking Fee - the shipping fee; however, will not be refundable. Should you require to have the order reshipped, an additional shipping fee will apply - NO EXCEPTIONS.
DUTIES + TAXES
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination Country/ Location and depend on a number of different factors, such as:
Country/ Location of origin of the purchased product
Local VAT Rates
Local Import Taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when requested of you by your local authorities.
Only if prepayment is supported for your destination Country/Location for your order, will you then be given the option to prepay your duties and taxes fees during Checkout to ensure no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
Please note that any inspections and fees applied to your purchase during imports to your Country/Location are beyond our control, and will be the Purchaser's sole responsibility.
Orders/Packages that have been held up at Customs Clearance is entirely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from Customs Authority Inspections. Kindly note that only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with local customs authorities for any details regarding the process and clearance timeframe estimations--Simply contact them directly using the Tracking Reference Number provided to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
Orders can be picked up free of charge at our Concord/ Vaughan storefront location. Please place your order online and select the Pick Up option - select the date and time you wish to pick up and once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with pick up instructions (check your inbox and/ or spam folder if you do not see the email in your Primary Inbox).

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Products: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
COURSES: Students are granted instant access to the course content upon purchasing. As a result, all courses are final sale.
